So basically this player, Valerius Killean Abermant was RDMing me and my friends multiple times. Me and my friends were going around roleplaying as Lush salespeople trying to sell bath products. We were going up to everyone talking to them about it and people were enjoying the roleplay and found it funny. He then pulled Jim Morello Pouch, John Morello Brough and Jorge Morello Quasimodo into a sit saying that they were harassing him and threatened to ban them, which was completely false. How can anyone harass somebody by trying to sell them a bath product? His friend Killean (I assume it was his friend seeing as he was constantly with him) RDM me and multiple other people numerous times on multiple occasions right infront of Percy and he did absolutely nothing, he even joined in at one point, trying to shoot me for just walking on the stairs.
So I proceeded to make an @ call about this RDMing that was happening, Percy was the one that claimed the call. I told him that I would like to speak to another member of staff as I felt uncomfortable speaking to him as he's biased in this situation seeing as he was involved. There were other staff members on the server at the time including a manager. He then proceeded to handle this situation very unprofessionally by just saying ''No'' to everything I said. He claimed that because I'm friends with Jim he ''knew what I was up to'' when in reality we were just roleplaying.
In the evidence you can see how he doesn't care about his rank or the community by being unprofessional and telling me to go ahead when I informed him of the staff report I was going to make. The point he was making about us 'harrasing' him is also not valid because if you are a member of staff, rdm is not a way of dealing with harassment even though we weren't harassing him. Also the fact that he started walking away from me mid sit and whistling was extremely unprofessional.
In summary, I felt this was dealt with very unprofessionally and unfairly and as a new player I felt unwelcome on the server. A member of staff should punish people breaking the rules and not join in on the RDM.
